CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Rates:
Room Rates range from $149 to $300 depending on the season and the room. Rates are based on double occupancy for rooms and our cabins are for 2 to 4 people.
All credit cards are welcome.
Reservations:
Check-in time: 4-8 p.m. mountain time
Check-out time: 10:30 a.m.
Reservations made more than 31 days prior to arrival require a 50% deposit of the entire stay. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival require full payment at the time of the reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 31 days to 9 months prior to arrival will receive 50% of the original deposit. A full refund is made if all room nights are rebooked, less a $ 25 processing fee.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all payments. A full refund, less a $25 processing fee, is made if all room nights are rebooked.
Vacations are an expensive investment. We strongly encourage Travel Insurance.
Restrictions:
We are smoke free in the rooms and on the porches, but any type of smoking is allowed by campfires and in parking areas unless we have a fire ban. No children in the B&B, but we have family cabins where kids are welcome.
Pets: Small pets under 25# are accepted in our B&B and our Cabins, but you must bring a crate for them . You must be a responsible pet owner and they must be well socialized. They can never run free, must be on leash at all times, that means no playing in the river! You are responsible for any damages by your pet. There is a nightly fee, and one pet per room, 2 per cabin max.
