Wind River Cottage B&B Room
Our most requested room! You will really love the romantic touches found in the Wind River . Even if fishing is not your thing, you will delight in the rainbow trout theme and the twinkle lit canopy topped bed. It truly has the old cabin feel, romantic and comfortable.Everyone loves a wooden screen door and ours have such whimsical touches!
It has a rustic warm n cozy feel, w super comfy KING sized bed, hardwood floors and rugs, wonderful linens and pillows and quilts! A long porch on the front provides a covered place to view the surroundings and visit neighbors... It could be your time to read, dream in the hammock by the river, or get a massage.Or you can enjoy dish network on a flat screen tv.
Riverview has a private bathroom with a shower, small fridge, electric teapot, wine glasses,free wifi..flat screen tv , dish network,. A covered back porch has a bistro table, private hot tub, with soft lighting for those romantic evenings in your private hot tub on the riverside deck.

Moon Seeker Cottage B&B Room
The queeen size canopy bed , draped in sheers, is a "Select Comfort Sleep Number Bed", and is has fine linens and soft lush pillows. The private bathroom has a shower, and there is a small fridge to chill a bottle of champagne for you and your love. An overstuffed chair is perfect for reading a good book. Sat. tv, Free Wifi plus wine glasses and a tea pot.
The covered front balcony has 2 old fashioned rocking chairs and a mountain view ,and is near the firepit gazebo where you can cook smores and popcorn. The back door leads to a very private enclosed deck with a sparkling sweetheart hot tub, and a view of the river, with an awning and twinkle lights over the tub.. Cool mountain nights make it comfortable with just a fan.

The Aspen has King size Sleep Number Aspen Log bed, and the woodsy pine walls smell so fresh, you will think you are in a forest! Lots of fluffy pillows for you to snuggle up in will make your mountain nights very comfortable. It has ac for those who want it. It also has a flat screen tv, dish network. The new deck for the private hot tub out in the Aspens in front is a pretty garden.It also has a covered front porch with lounge chair and a table and chairs to sit and sip your morning coffee .
The bathroom is has a shower, and the room has just been updated. Wonderful linens, soft quilts piles of pillows, this room could become your favorite. It has a fridge, teapot, wine glasses, we try to think of everything.
The garden patio with your private bubbling hot tub will soothe your tired soul, and the best night sleep ever will be in the king sleep number bed. .

A Pine Log queen bed, and knotty pine walls reminds you of the prairie days when this canyon was setteled, but for your comfort you have a sleep number matress that conforms to your body.
The covered front porch is a fine place for visiting and wildlife watching,and the super private back deck , with a private bubbling hot tub, works wonders for tired couples who want a very roma retreat. Unique twinkle lights on the awning really set the mood.
Included is a small fridge and electric teapot wine glasses. Free Wifi flat screen tv with dish network.. The bathroom has a tub/shower, and there is Air Conditioning for summer, cozy comforters for fall, making this room one of our favorites.

In this part of our resort we have 5 ground floor rooms with porch entrances, decks and private hot tubs. We have flat screen tv's in all the B&B rooms .Each room/w/bath also has a small fridge, an electric teapot and there is a gas grill on the picnic deck .Enjoy our riverwalk, the gazebo with a gas firepit, and several riverside decks where you can savor a cup of coffee, use our wi-fi at the pond,or enjoy our board games. Bring a good book or choose one of ours. Nights often find our guests around the campfire by the river making wonderful memories. Perhaps a healing massage to soothe your overworked body and mind , in our private massage house by the river,would be a great addition to the perfect getaway. The main house was build in 1929, it was one of the first roadside motels in the area along the Big Thompson. We have converted these 5 rooms into private little sanctuaries with porches, hottubs and decks on all of them, it is hidden by aspens and flowering plants, with boardwalks and garden paths ,yet it still resembles the original structure.We think you will find it very enjoyable and a part of history! We have photo albums in the dining room dating back to the 20's!
All of our Cottage Rooms are for adults only. If you are a family with children,we have family cabins, please see them under CABINS. Please note that breakfast is NOT included for the cabin occupants because there are kitchens in each cabin. Parents, come join us at the B&B sometime when the two of you want to celebrate a special occasion without the kids. You asked for it, so now we allow very small dogs in the Cottage Rooms same fees apply as in cabins, and pets must be preapproved.
